Our Professional Guarantees

All items are shipped in "plain brown" packaging with JJK Industries (our company name) as the return address.

Due to the nature of these products, for hygienic reasons and as our corporate sales policy, no refunds whatsoever are permitted. All sales are final.
However, if you find any product to be defective and you return it to JJK Industries (the return address is on the packaging and Instructions for Use) within two weeks of receipt of the product, we will exchange the item that you returned for a like item at no charge. Please return the item along with a written statement as to the nature of the defect. These statements are used as part of our ongoing product quality monitoring and product exchange process. JJK Industries reserves the right to credit, exchange, refund or replace any returned items.

UPS Overnight (Available Dec. 1, 2000): We can ship your order overnight the day after your order is processed via UPS to any street address in the U.S.A.
